By commissioning me, You have to acknowledge, read this page, understand it, and agree to my Terms of Service-Payment is accepted via PayPal and Stripe
-Cash Price in USD
-I have the right to decline a commission request if I feel uncomfortable or unsure about the character or have an errand
-Commission work will only begin after upfront payment or full payment is received
-Any mistakes made by me will be corrected free of charge
-There will be a charge of 2$ each time after revisions 3 times
-If your request has a lot of detail or extra objects, an extra charge will be added
-The final artwork will be delivered in PNG format through Google Drive
-I retain the rights to the artwork and may post it (Unless the commissioner asks not to post it)
-Do not claim the artwork as yours
-The commissioner is allowed to post the commission artwork but be sure to put the credit of the artist
-Making NFT or AI generation out of the artist’s commission artwork is NOT ALLOWED
-Your commission will be done within 2 weeks or 2 months, I will start as soon as possible!
-You can receive a full refund and cancel if I have not started your commission
-No refunds will be given if the artist has already started or completed the commissionNormal Price x 2: You can use the artwork for commercial stuff (i.e. Merchandise featuring the artwork)
Rights & Usage
1) Artist Rights
-The Artist retains copyright, ownership, and intellectual property rights, which include but not is limited to displaying, advertising the work, and working progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Youtube, Twitch), and more
2) Client Rights
-Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the work for personal use
-Personal use: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as
profile pictures, banners, and posts, print and framing in personal spaces, display as part of designs on website and channels, excluding use in the content of these websites or channels
- Client must not claim work as their own, crediting me using my social media username, and pen name, is highly encouraged
-Client may edit or modify work in any way with prior permission from the artist
3) Commercial Rights
-Commercial rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on the artist’s sites or discussed upon request/inquiry
-Commercial rights: Usage of work on streams, videos, and other content, or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform
-In the case of design work for the definition of the client’s brand identity such as character design, and more, intellectual property rights of the client for use, production, and modification purposes, commercial or personal
- Usage of work for AI tools, platforms or programs, machine learning tools, platforms or programs NFT/blockchains or any other for-profit schemes and platforms, ESPECIALLY those notorious for continuously disrespecting the art community are strictly PROHIBITED and the artist does NOT consent to this
Timeline and Process
- The commissioner sends a request and brief, which the artist will calculate the price and the commissioner must send the upfront first
- Sketch concept may take 1-2 weeks, automatically sent to the client once made ( there will be a draft of the pose -> adding the character detail such as facial expression, hair, clothes, etc.)
- Once the commissioner approves the sketch, the artist will start to do the line art and base color, which may take 3 days or weeks, and automatically sent to the client once made
- Once the commissioner approves the lineart and base color, the artist will start rendering the art and automatically send it to the client once it is made. It may take 3 days or weeks
- After the commissioner approves and has nothing to change or add to the art, the final artwork will be delivered via a Google Drive link, It is advised for the client to save or back up the file/s within a week, so the client would still have the copy in case of a drive purge, A drive will include
1) the original size of the art
2) Upscale size of the art (multiply the original size by 5 or less)
3) More upscale size of the art (multiply the original size by 10)
4) 3 above with and without watermark
Revisions
- The client has a total of 3 revisions allowed
All concept revisions (pose, composition, character change, design change, etc.) must be clarified upon receiving the sketch update
- Small, manageable revisions like slight color changes, erasing/adding missing design elements, or moving the watermark to another place in the canvas are all free of charge, even when the final artwork has been received
- Concept revisions (Pose change, Character change, Expression change, etc.) when the final artwork has been made is highly discouraged, and may cost varying additional fees if needed to correct
- Revisions may affect progress
- After revisions reach 3, that will be charged 2$ for each time
